I just put this together, and I'd really like to mount it on something that looks like or similar to one you'd see in a store. All the real "gumball machine stands" are very heavy duty looking, and too short for this model, so around 33" would be perfect. Has anyone found anything like this?

The plan is to glue a plate piece to it, and stick the machine on, maybe with more glue that isn't too difficult to separate.

Sure! It's an official set.

Fully and flawlessly functional. The balls have minifigs in them, apparently special ones, but honestly I just wanted the vending machine.

But actually, my plan has changed. I have a spare cymbal stand. If there exists a block that has a threaded mounting hole for a tripod, that would be perfect.

Wow thanks for sharing! Never seen that set, super neat. Good luck!

It's super smooth, and it requires that gold coin be pushed down to turn. It's quite an impressive bit of engineering.
