Donald Trump posting a week-old photo has heightened scrutiny of his health.

Amid continued concerns about his physical well-being, Trump posted an image of himself playing golf with a former football coach.

But, given the photo was taken a week ago, people raised concerns about a potential attempt to hoodwink the public about the true state of the president's condition.

I think maybe the only thing worse than Trump as the president is Vance as the president

Depends on his political support. MAGA doesn't really care about Vance. He isn't able to behave like Trump (hopefully).

Vance is in the pocket of Peter Thiel. With that kind of power and money backing you, it doesn't really matter what people think about you. I assume we'll go through figurehead after figurehead for the next decades or two, and then slowly balkanize

Sure Thiel is extremely powerful. But so are others, and when Trump dies, they are all trying to fill the vacuum.

If Trump passes, then fingers will be pointing to who is responsible (even if he is obese and unhealthy). Vance is so scummy, I don't doubt people would blame him for Trump dying.
