Finally... The search is over. I have wanted to find this song and video for years. I only remembered the feeling of it but not the lyrics or musician and I just knew it came with our first PC ever, but had no clue as to why or where it came from. I was obsessed with the song, mostly due to the singer's voice.

Thank you for bringing this up, you have made a random internet stranger very happy today.

I totally get your feeling there, I had to jump down that rabbit hole years ago with only two main tidbits of information, GOODTIME.AVI and Geffen Records.

Seriously, shame on M$ for not dropping proper credits to Edie Brickell, she's a wonderful singer!
