From experience, try to use strains with less THC and higher CBD and it generally will help. Then taking time to see what dosage is a good balance of pain relief without making you high, and for how long before using again. There's more to it, but that typically will be the easiest change to make. When you build a tolerance, make very small changes. It's difficult, but you'll start go see the effects if you stick with it. Cannabis is strong as hell these days lol
