If you didn't see his "stutter" such mumbling for 5 minutes and then blurting out "we beat medicaid!" or weird rambling stories or a million other instances until the WH came out and said it, maybe that should be a sign you should examine how your media is curated.

No, I'm not suggesting you watch Fox News.
