Ah yes, that's why in the rest of the world that didn't do racially segregated bathrooms there are only unisex bathrooms.
Most of the world has unisex bathrooms
Pretty much any large enough venue will have urinals, anywhere in the world.
I'm not sure what gave you that idea.
Have you spent much time in europe or south America?
It isn't nearly as common outside the US, even in more developed countries
