Yeah, because he's not a cowardly little shit that was fine with Voldy killing people until the girl he was obsessed with got got.
Snape is a fuckin' weirdo.
Who is braver, the coward who risks everything or the valiant man doing what he always does? That’s why Harry called him the bravest.
The braver person never wavered, always did what was right even in the face of consequences.
That doesn't make them more brave. That just makes them more dutiful.
You asked, I answered and the goal posts shifted again.

Guy, i asked and you answered something that wasn't what I asked. Bravery is not doing your duty. Bravery is having or showing mental or moral strength to face danger, fear, or difficulty. Snape did exactly that.
There was no goalpost shift, you just didn't answer the question I asked.
The difference between bravery and stupidity is if you are either doing it for yourself or doing it for others, snape had too much "self" in his actions.
There are tons of brave people who are fighting for themselves. Rape survivors for example. Bravery doesn't have to be selfless.
