You're actually paying a standard price for a drink which is the top two items, the ones you see with negative means they are cheaper than standard price and the rest are additional charge... Even the top hint of Required Select 1 is another clue that it's not a credit to your meal but you are actually being charged.
Even funnier is they are discounting the prices for kids drinks yet if you order a kids meal you get the drink for free, at least in my area that's how it works.
