Having just reread Neuromancer and Count Zero, it's funny to see how conservative his estimates for how fucked he'd be were.

These days I find myself reading older dystopian sci fi and thinking damn I wish it were only that bad. Also how did you find Count Zero? I stopped reading a short way in an I was wondering if its worth pickign back up.

I've read it several times, all three books. I'm probably biased but yeah, the story is worth it. His writing style can be hard to read sometimes. I often found myself rereading entire pages because I thought I had lost the thread but in reality he had simply switched perspectives mid sentence. It can be particularly bad if you're listening to it as an audio book.
