Wild. I just got fired from that company last month.
Yes they started out focusing on special education so most of their content is tailored to kids with learning disabilities. Only recently have they been broadening scope to general education.
Any advice as far as getting into Ed tech lol? I’ve been gunning for remote curriculum development positions, because being a trans teacher in Oklahoma means no employment options lol
Well i was a software dev. If you can do that, they might not've backfilled my role yet lol.
Edit: ahh i just realized you said curriculum development. That is not the company for you then. They are pivoting to fully AI generated lesson plans and material. One the reasons i stopped putting in any effort until they finally fired me.
