These were LG engineers here on valid visas to oversee and train people building of a fucking state of the art proprietary battery plant, part of the largest investment in Georgia in the last 50+ years.
The people arrested, none charged by the way, weren't relocated here, they had short term visas, here to get the work done and go home, to let the locals take over once built.
