Well that's like 3 different kinds of unconstitutional at least, be interesting to see how the klown kourt allows this.
It's absurdist legislation that's mostly fodder for a DOJ eager to go witchhunting.
But we've also got a kangaroo SCOTUS more than willing to rubber stamp vexatious litigation and fascist intimidation. So "unconstitutional" won't save anyone without infinite money to spend on legal defense.
