For the record, Black women get 64.1% of all bachelor's degrees, 71.5% of master's degrees, and 65.9% of doctoral, medical, and dental degrees awarded to Black students, i.e., they far outpace Black men within their group.

That's not what he said, exact quote from Snopes:
