Oh man… I didn’t get up for Melbcat’s 4pm meds because she was cuddling and lying on my head… then she moved to cuddling at my side but I foolishly thought, ‘just a few minutes more.’ Woke up at 8pm, 4 hours past that dose. Poor Melbcat 😢 I’m just so tired. (It’s given now.)

Then to add insult to injury the wooden door was still cracked for air when the black cat came by. There was mutual howling and hissing at the screen door forcing me to pick her up and close the main door with my hip.

That timing could move nicely back into the twice daily meds schedule (down from 3x daily) if she’s ok with it. It would be easier to stay on top of. I’m just not sure if she’s ready yet.
