i'm definitely getting a needle tattoo to commemorate it, i'm just in love with the world and characters.
for fucks sake the formatting guide says that's how to mark spoilers but they're not showing up at least on old.lemmy.world. and i can't seem to edit on it either.

Your spoiler worked for me. If it's any consolation, I don't think the Lemmy formatting is uniform across the various apps. I've seen other items that were supposedly spoilered that I could read without tapping.
