For me, it was The Walking Dead. It obviously suffered seriously quality decline over its run - but because it was so long, I could've instead watched so many other shows instead.

Steven Universe.

Holy shit i missed some of the early hiatuses, but I'd argue the later ones were worse because of the direction the stories took. And coming back after months of nothing to a quartet of garbage pointless filler (yes Lion 4 is garbage) should've warned me to abandon ship.
