On a practical note, all you have to do is declare every homeless person as trans.
So what will prevail? That MAGAs will provide shelter for the homeless or decide against this nonsense because it is wildly stupid and impossibly expensive.
Except they want to kill the homeless and it doesn’t matter what gender they are.
