Every time someone says "x doesn't lie" they're both right and wrong. Right because things without the ability to reason about right and wrong literally don't have the agility to intentionally misrepresent the truth, and they're wrong because literally every last measurement, process, etc. can be faked, introduce error, and a trillion other things that can make its results wrong.
