yeah that seems like a good rule for recreational use. mine is more "treat it like a damn prescription, keep track of how much and how often you're using because you're a nerd and kind of like doing that stuff but also to see if there are significant changes, and try to minimize use" because if i don't wake and bake, one or two of my organs misfire. also i like spreadsheets and datasets it works great for me.
