...I'm not. I'm taking video evidence, some of it released within seconds of the incident. I'm not taking any random's (who stands to gain on YT ad revenue) statements on it as truth or thinking I can myself do the work of forensic experts, all in order to deny what my own eyes tell me seems a cut and dried truth.
Then there's the other fact which no one can ever change. Pulling off any hoax, especially one that unfolds in public, requires far more competence, coordination, and silence than I'm aware of any group of people having.
I assume you believe a lot of other conspiracy theories. Was 9/11 an inside job? Did we land on the moon? According to what you wrote above, those both should just as easily be theories that are likely true. We landed on the moon. 9/11 wasn't an inside job. Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk.
I haven't yet seen a need to take one iota of info provided by government to come to those conclusions. Occam's razor is a thing for good reason.
If you don't want to watch the video analysis and then do it yourself that is up to you.

I don't find your musings very compelling especially as it seems you are trying to purposely make as many logical fallacies as you can.
You bring up a bunch of low hanging fruit but ignore actually important things like when Snowden exposed magic lantern and project echelon. Why wouldn't you bring up supposed conspiracy theories that turned out to be true with vast numbers of people working for the US government knowing about it and not leaking it.
The devil's always in the details. Was 9/11 an inside job is spurious to the truth that the government used it to take away our rights and attack nations that had nothing to do with it.
So far it looks like the governments explanation is a lie and you can wave your hands so hard you can fly straight to the moon for all I care.
Don't forget Air America, an airline owned and operated secretly by the CIA. Which the CIA now admits to and has on their website.
When I initially replied, it was in good faith. But you've shown yourself to be yet another Lemmy user with a bizarre opinion who thinks everyone else is stupid for not sharing it. It's not on me to disprove some hairbrained theory. Kinda does that to itself.
What theory!? I just said the government wasn't telling the truth and I am open to any evidence you can provide.
Hey, I get it. You just said all the classic shit to dismiss someone and I dismissed you instead. You are in over your head, you don't have answers for what I say. That is okay.
Yeah this other person is clearly just arguing against thinking. They aren't in good faith at all.
You've internalized a nobody YouTuber as evidence of some grand conspiracy. To you, that's legit evidence and Occam's razor can go fuck itself. Who needs a degree in forensic analysis when you can watch a video and then read the Wikipedia blood spatter page that one time?
Not much point in pushing me for "evidence". The evidence is public, but go ahead with your standard online arguer shit: whatever cockamamie horseshit you spout is gospel unless someone takes 47 minutes to unsuccessfully change your mind about it.
You said you were open to evidence but somehow I doubt it. And no, at this point I won't waste more of my time with you. You believe a conspiracy theory which sounds stupid tbh. You won't get any validation from me or from arguing with me further.
