I'm surprised this happened before Trump even took office.
The Trump energy was already on the Republican base before Trump. He just learned to gather it.
Back when the Tea Party was doing its thing, my parents were all "oh this Tea Party is so much worse than traditional conservatives" and now with trump they're all "trump is so much worse than traditional conservatives". No, these turds have been stinking up the joint for fucking ever. They just have more power now (a lot more) than they had in the past.
I feel the desire to point out, she was born in Columbia, too
