He leans like this to try to hide his gut and man-boobs. Because his ill-fitting suit is so baggy, leaning forward lets it hang down and give a more flat profile from the front

I love that when I Google "does frontotemporal dementia make you lean" and hit images, it's chock full of images of Trump leaning weirdly.

And in this context, by "love" I really mean "I hate this fucking mess."
