California Governor Gavin Newsom should be charged criminally for describing Stephen Miller as a "fascist," according to a Republican lawmaker.

On Friday, Newsom's press office posted this on X: "STEPHEN MILLER IS A FASCIST!" MAGA accused Newsom of "trying to get Miller killed" with the simple comment on social media. Miller is currently the White House deputy chief of staff under Trump.

Derrick, the guy calling for his arrest is literally calling an ex FBI member communist. You couldn't make it up. Genuinely shameless hypocrisy.
