My personal favorite melodic death metal band, this is their latest album that came out in 2023. These crazy dudes come from Pudasjärvi, Pohjois-Pohjanmaa, Finland. Titled and linked is the opening track. My only downside is the production blows the fuck out of the treble in certain spots on the LP which mars an otherwise perfect record for me.
Extremely consistent throughout their career, they got a lot of flak for sounding too similar to Children of Bodom on their first three albums, but changed their sound to be much heavier from The Black Waltz moving forward. Their sound has tons of flair from symphonic power metal and they take a shit load of influence from Megadeth, even including a cover from them every now and then. Extremely underrated imo.
