What? I remember a lot of people being impressed how he different he looked in Bandersnatch compared to We're the Millers, in a positive way?

I was probably in a much more toxic space on the internet, at the time.
Fair. I was on reddit but I don't think I had any really toxic subs subscribed.
"Popular" isn't one thing, there's like thousands of groups that all come up with what's popular to them. Thats the great thing about the internet though, you can always find a group you fit in if you dont like another one.
Ive also never heard a bad word about this actor in regards to his looks. I didnt think he was unattractive in bandersnatch either.
