  • Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday praised Elon Musk, calling the Tesla and SpaceX founder a “talented businessman.”
  • Putin was discussing Russia’s space program after a failed moon landing last month.
  • His comments come after Musk said last week that he refused an emergency request by the Ukrainian government to extend coverage of SpaceX’s Starlink satellites to Sevastopol in Crimea.

Supplied them? That's a funny way of saying was paid for his services and then declined to provide said service randomly.

(I'll preface this by saying, I hate musk and he's definitely a Russia bitch boy)

Except he didn't randomly stop the service. He had never activated service in the area they wanted in the first place. This user gave a better write up than I could

Oh that makes it so much better /s.

Whether he never turned it on, turned it off, or never made it available to begin with, my feelings don't change. He personally made the call that led to Ukrainian deaths while pretending to be a saint by his own admission. He'd have blood on his hands either way but at least that blood would have been soldiers who invaded a neighboring country not peaceful civs under attack by the very thing they were trying to destroy. So his reasoning doesn't add up in my mind.

Lol I never once acted like you defended him, I simply said this new info doesn't change my assessment of the situation.

That comment is odd. States all news articles are covering it weird and posits it is directed misinformation.

Proceeds to link four or five news articles correctly describing it.
