Ugh. Make that even moreso for female workplaces!

I'm always "stirring things up" because I care about earning a living wage and keeping our students safe (and calling out unfair/unsafe adults on their bullshit).

We preach empathy and "doing the right thing," but only the image, because otherwise, what would the neighbors think?!
