I wasn't a morning person either until I forced myself to be. I'm not sure what would help you, but for me, it was exercising that helped me get the schedule I wanted.

I don't know once I got close to my mid 30s I started going to bed at like 9:30 because it's just not worth it any more.
If I do that I'd never feel as if I got enough free time
The trick is to try and land a job where you have freedom over your day

I think I'd rather find a schedule that works with my body, rather than force my body to conform to a schedule it doesn't want.
