post UI jank and broken bits here

- getting to the moderation tools is godawful; you click on the vertical ellipsis menu next to a post and then the mod tools jank into view behind the menu that pops up
- @dgerard@awful.systems tells me jerboa is broken because awful.systems isn't giving it a valid version
- mlem is somehow even worse than jerboa: it just says "Couldn't fetch your account's information. File a bug report." after logging in
