If you want to open a restaurant like this, go ahead, that is your freedom. Where I draw the line is forcing these ideals upon others that don't wish to partake.
I'm curious at what point in your thought process did you think that there would be ANY possibility that they'd make going to this hypothetical restaurant mandatory?
It's like the drag show/drag story time thing. People go to it voluntarily but conservatives still protest and legislate against it.

Hey, it's ok. I was a younger conservative too until I left my parents house and met people outside of my small town and started thinking for myself.
Then I realized all the talking points I had been fed were strawman arguments based on fear and designed to maintain control.
But I like bowls so my judgment may be questionable /s
