Creative, but there’s literally a place to plug in a 1/8” cable right there.
I don't see one - and also, this is hooked up to an AV in port. I've never seen a TV with 1/8" audio-in.
Top right, just below the optical port.
That says audio in though
They're rigging up the audio in ports on a port that supports video in. Why use that when you have an audio in right there?
Right below is the component audio/video out.
Huh, you're completely correct. Sorry about that, my brain wouldn't accept that that was a 3.5mm port. It looks weird.
So yeah, that's exactly what that port is for. Good call.
