You forget that Janeway can just time-travel back to before the boys from temporal investigations figured out what she did
Janeway: I can go back, delete you from the timeline, and be back before my coffee is done brewing.
Time cops: we're gonna head out
Twist: Janeway's alterations to the timeline result in the coffee bean going extinct before she was born. There is no coffee in this horrible timeline and no time cops. Janeway must choose between having coffee and meddling time cops or no coffee but no one to stop her from shaping the timeline as she pleases
Coffee is the 1% that would make Kathy go all Annorax. Prove me wrong.
There's a reason she made it to Vice Admiral-she didn't let any CHUMPS hold her back with things like "rules"
You know they also can time-travel back. They are from the future, Janeway's time is already time-travel back
But you see, she can just go back farther
Janeway can out time-travel anyone except maybe Kirk
