The very existence of Nazis is a problem - their core axiomatic value is genocide. Given the chance, that's exactly what they'll do, so yeah - it gets plenty worse than outlawing Nazi salutes, which communicate what? I'm a Nazi, and I'm here to let the Jews, Slavs, Black people, Roma, socialists, communists, and the brooooad gamut of people I consider sexual deviants to know I want them dead.? Why do you want that protected?
I'm bloodthirsty because I'm happy a signal of genocidal intent is being banned? OK. Fuck me for not liking genocidal fascists, I guess.
You ever heard about the paradox of tolerance?
Isn't their core axiom some kind of communism government structure?
They're "national socialists" rather than communists, but no - they have no interest in worker enfranchisement or decommodification.
They're socialists in the same way the DPRK is democratic - in name only. Funny given how linguistically prescriptive they are about things like gender.
Now hold on... If there's no existing Nazi government and the so called Nazis say they believe in being national socialists, how can you say that it's just a front? Literally all there is to represent them anymore is their talk. You can't say it's actually some other form of government because it's not actually put into motion anywhere.
I'm gonna go find out more about what they're claiming to be and then I wanna hear counter arguments to that specifically.

Historically, Nazis did nothing to enfranchise workers - quite the opposite. This trend continues in the stated goals and rhetoric of modern Nazis. I'm not sure why they would need to be in power right now to assess this. If this were true, we'd never know what an opposition government stood for.
Tom Sewell and his merry band of insecure, genocidal incels aren't out picketing for worker enfranchisement - they're goose stepping around, shouting "white power" at Australia day rallies, using intimidation tactics at trans events, assaulting journalists and hikers, and committing armed robbery, assault with a weapon and afray while on bail. When they're so focused on shouting about the minorities they want to kill, while saying and doing nothing about worker enfranchisement, while praising a totalitarian government, I'm not sure why you're finding this difficult to parse.
