I don't think someone hailing a taxi is going to get cuffed unless the cops were after them anyway. Be happy that the neoliberal slime in charge of the state did something good for once instead of imagining that a conductor might be sent to jail in the middle of a symphony.
Do you think the Labor government is neo liberal? I don't know, the state government has done a lot of good things over the last few years.
