Nothing more spooky than stock photos taking over the internet.
The current "stock photo meme" fad is about as interesting as a "K-Mart clothes" themed costume party.
Even as irony, it's boring.
Personally I'm not engaged by it because it was done years ago, around the same time as distracted boyfriend
