What a ridiculous false dichotomy. It's not either/or. I block the transphobes too, lol.
I don't have to bother blocking transphobes because the instances I frequent tend to ban them before I have to encounter them and when they do show up they get shit flung at them.
If a bigot shows up and talks shit and it gets flung back, I don't see the rationale behind blocking the people responding.
