VMware esxi. The only one I tried, and it works amazing.

ESXi here too, on consumer hardware.

Ubuntu Server for Docker hosts.

TrueNAS for.. NAS.

All on one server.

I have Sophos UTM running flawlessly in a VM on ESXi.
