Linux Server vs. CasaOS vs. Proxmox (alien.top)

Hi guys, Im planing to switch my windows based Dell machine to an Linux basend. I want to run some things like Plex, AdGuard and some docker based stuff. What operatingsystem would you recomend? Ubuntu Server, CasaOS or something like an Proxmox environment?

Even if you do want to do casaOS, or linux- I'd still recommend putting proxmox as the base os.
