I disagree. I think you're reading into Stallman's words what you want to see there.

Stallman saying that having sex with minors is okay as long as they are mentally mature

Stallman doesn't say that.

I don't understand why you're trying to tell me what Stallman is saying using different words when Stallman's own words are right there.

Calling teenagers “children” in this context is a way of smearing people with normal sexual proclivities as “perverts”.

What, pray tell, does Stallman mean if not that people who want to have sex with teenagers (as opposed to children) have nothing more than "normal sexual proclivities"?
