I heard it's bc the most popular novel site only shows the title so they started packing the entire description onto the title to try and get attention, which led to this mess

IMHO, Hold My Shotgun was a vastly underrated part of his oeuvre.
Character limit would work better since some languages need more words and some need fewer words to get the same meaning across
