Damn, this does go hard. If we had this in America instead of WWE I'd actually give it a shot
there are so many promotions in the USA that aren't WWE
like nearly every city with more than 5000 people probably has a wrestling promotion
get wrestle universe for like 8ish dollars and it comes with tokyo joshi pro wrestling. aew also has a number of joshi wrestlers. chocopro broadcasts free on youtube, and you can also get stardom world for whatever 900 yen is :)
edit: oh also pro wrestling eve is women's wrestling out of uk and they're awesome. they have an on demand service on youtube and through their own platform and a lot of current stars went through them including a number of joshi stars.
I haven’t been following for a while, but last I checked there were a number of Japanese women’s wrestlers that are signed with AEW. Riho was the first AEW Women’s World Champion, and Hikaru Shida held the title for the longest so far. They both started their careers with the Ice Ribbon women’s promotion in Japan.
Edit: I’m also pretty sure I’ve seen Riho pull this exact move. She’s light enough that she can fully commit without causing injury. Absolutely brutal to watch, legit knocks the wind out of people.
