I'm conflicted. Poor thing must've gone through something horrible to get those.
But at the same time it's just so insanely adorable I cannot.
Birth defect. He recently got his casts off and he's able to walk on his stubby little legs. His back legs are still deformed. @kittycrusaide on Tiktok has the video.
