Why is there a ladder going up to a tiny door on the second floor? Elf house? John McClane entrance?
It's a little tunnel that lets you be John Malkovich.
Then it's certainly not overpriced!
That's the second room that you can lease out, 50 Sqft for $1200 per month.
That's where the landlord lives.
Well the upside to that is they can't possibly be an intimidating presence.
