Uhh... True, if exaggerated, for alcohol. Not at all for coffee, spice, or citrus. Coffee has more health benefits than negatives especially if you switch to decaffeinated. Spice has plenty of documented benefits. Citrus.... Seriously? Fruit is obviously good for health.

It's because citrus is acidic, it's a very common trigger of acid reflux. Same goes for tomatoes, especially in a concentrated form like a sauce.
