Because success would impact the status quo. The way the world operates and the way regular folk live their lives have become exceedingly profitable for the people that run it all. Success for Wales would not stop at Wales, like wildfire it would spread across the globe.
I’ve never been one for games of chance but if I had to wager on anything it would be that anyone with vast amounts of power would be loathe to take a chance on losing any of it.
I'll be honest, this just lights even more of a fire under me with regards to Indy support.
