When I played Classic, my guildmate was Argentinian. I wanted to make a summoner army so I sent him like $20 on PayPal and he set up 3 accounts for me with a couple months of playtime with a few bucks to spare

Everything is cheap there if you bring dollars. Me and my brother ate at a restaurant, possibly the best lasagna I've ever had in my life, for about 7 dollars. That was over 10 years ago but I heard it only got worse.
