All jokes aside, I wonder what his health regimen is. Dude survived a supposed car bomb, stayed in the senate for decades, and remains active to this day as a political liaison. Meanwhile, I've had a gym buff friend that didn't even make it to 27.
marami akong nabasa na significant factor ang stress sa quality of life and overall health because it also affects other critical things like sleep quality, hormones, etc. naisip ko lang baka hindi na nagpapastress si Enrile, like he has people who worry over things and he just makes the big decisions.
