A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.
Rules
- All posts must be showerthoughts
- The entire showerthought must be in the title
- Avoid politics
- NEW RULE as of 5 Nov 2024, trying it out
- Political posts often end up being circle jerks (not offering unique perspective) or enflaming (too much work for mods).

For the record, I actually like ska., But as Propaghandi said:
Ska sucks
Ska revival isn't cool you stupid fuck
The bands are only in it for the bucks
And if you don't believe me you're a schmuck
But the trend will die out with any luck
Sounds like adolescent edginess to me.
Probably a bit of that, a bit of friendly taking the shit out of other bands, and a bit of a song taken too seriously by both punk and ska fans. And remember, the song Ska Sucks is a ska song.
