In late 30s, this would disturb my stomach so much. So much sugar and carbs.
Not only carbs but tons of sugar. Zero fiber. Zero healthy but lots of trans fats. It's pretty much poison.
The people that eat like this are the same that say Taco Bell gives them the shits because they never eat fiber.
