It figures that a dev who uses JavaScript would want PWA’s protected. IMO, the most significant con to losing web apps is that apps need to go through apple for approval. Otherwise, it’s just wise to protect your users from unknown code execution.
Ps. Even if I did support this (I don’t) online petitions are merely a “please add my email address to many spam lists” petition that falls on deaf ears 100% of the time.

They're hardly any more dangerous than a website. They're predominantly just more convenient to use regularly. Should we ban internet browsing too?!
